Hi, I’m Jeff Morris—a coffee enthusiast who loves discovering unique brews and the stories behind them.

The idea for the City Coffee Showcase came to me during one of the most memorable months of my life. As a full-time online poker player, I was van living on Vancouver Island, and playing poker in coffee shops along the way. Day after day, I was blown away by the sheer volume of amazing coffee shops and the incredible variety of beans they offered. Each shop had its own charm and a story waiting to be discovered.

As much as I wanted to keep exploring, I realized that traveling everywhere to experience these treasures isn’t always practical or affordable. That’s when the idea struck—why not create a way to bring the best coffee experiences to people, wherever they are?

The City Coffee Showcase is my way of connecting fellow coffee lovers, celebrating incredible roasters, and sharing unique beans from across Canada (and beyond). It’s more than just coffee—it’s a community of people brought together by their shared love for a great cup and meaningful connections.

When I’m not brewing my next cup or planning events, you can probably find me snowboarding, exploring the outdoors, or diving into my next creative project.
